  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • Do you offer Contactless Leasing and move-in?

    Yes. We recognize many people are uncomfortable coming in to the Management Office or simply cannot find the time to do so in their busy life. If a storage space meeting your needs is available, you can complete the entire leasing process online. You will need to call the Management Office during normal business hours to send an electronic copy of a government-issued ID after which you will be provided your facility access code.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card, savings, or checking account monthly. We also offer a payment drop-box option outside the Management Office for after-hours payment with a check or money order-- cash is not accepted in the dropbox.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, cash and automated bank draft.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell a great variety of moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me into the facility?

    No. After signing your lease in person or providing a copy of your government-issued ID for contactless leasing, you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Are you open 24 hours?

    Our normal access hours are 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. We have found this is more than ample for most people, but offer 24 hour access for an additional nominal fee. Contact the Manager for additional information.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in. Handtrucks are available during normal business hours for complimentary use from the Management Office.
